Cheri Nixon

Communications Lead

Cheri joined ILCC Canada in January of 2023 as a communications consultant and has expanded the role in July 2024 to support both ILC Canada and CCAA.

She is originally from Bath, Ontario, a small town near Kingston. After graduating from college with diplomas in Broadcast Journalism and Public Relations, she spent the first 15 years of her career working in the not-for-profit sector.

With high demand and low resources, she became a jill-of-all-trades but eventually found a niche in web design, digital communications, and technology. This led to her founding CN & Co Creative Technologies in 2018 which specializes in creative design and technology solutions for entrepreneurs and not for profit organizations.
