NPF to participate in Consumer Advocacy virtual roundtable sessions

The CRTC has invited the National Pensioners Federation, to participate in Consumer Advocacy virtual roundtable sessions.

They plan to contribute valuable insights on removing barriers for older persons when dealing with their television, Internet, mobile and phone service providers, but they need to hear from you*.

Sharing real stories, experiences and solutions is paramount to help ensure the Telecoms get it right. Strict confidentiality will apply to personal information shared.
